Following Her Denial of Ozempic Claims, Kyle Richards Divulges Her Weight Loss Secrets
Kyle Richards is talking openly about losing weight.
The 54-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star refuted claims last week that she lost weight as a result of taking the medication Ozempic. For those who do not know, Ozempic is a prescription medication that aids in controlling blood sugar levels in persons with Type 2 diabetes.
It has been shown that some people utilize Ozempic despite the fact that one of its negative effects is weight loss.
Kyle made an appearance on the Two Ts in a Pod podcast on Monday, January 23, and she discussed how she actually dropped weight.
"On July 15, after getting off the boat, I declared, 'That is it,' after gaining weight during the summer. I'm not consuming any alcohol, sweets, or carbohydrates," Kyle said.
Kyle said, "A lot of people think I've been taking Olympic." To be clear, I have never taken an Olympic.
The day after, Kyle posted a picture of herself relaxing in a swimsuit on Instagram.
Kyle responded to remarks from followers who enquired about her physical change.
"NO bread, pasta, sugar, or alcohol. I consume fruit, veggies, and protein," Kyle wrote. "Now that I have reached my ideal weight, I will occasionally eat a modest bit of pasta or other carbs. nonetheless, since July 15, no alcohol.
